I don’t know about you but this blueprint for life was pounded into me by my parents, teachers, and society in general. You may be thinking it’s just how things are but when you sit down and think about it this is the worst way to live your life.

There is nothing wrong with working a job, I’ve worked many menial jobs in my day because I had to pay the bills. As the old saying goes you have to say YES before you can afford to say NO.
I have this friend on my facebook who works at a grocery store that is unionized. The entire chain of stores went on strike in hopes of getting a raise. They striked for 3 months. The company was like “F you we ain’t giving you any more money.” Eventually the workers just went back to work at the same wage. 3 months of wages gone because they thought they could get more money without delivering more value.
What the workers failed to realize are these positions don’t require alot of skill to do. If this was a manufacturing company that needed highly skilled tradesman to do specialized work you can bet your bottom dollar the company would have come to an agreement very quickly.
This article isn’t an anti-union rant I just want to demonstrate In Demand Skills demand a premium.
Putting Your Retirement Into The Hands of a Pension is Foolish
Pensions are insanely over leveraged and failing all over the world. Just do a quick search on the internet for “pension crisis” and you will see the gravity of the situation.
Many have the attitude “I worked 30 years and I’m entitled to my pension!” I mean it sucks you trusted the suits in management and the goverment when they said they will take care of you when you retire but it’s just not going to happen.
The solution is we must take our own retirement into our own hands.

So what “skills” should I be learning so that I can make lots of money? Well that depends on you. What do you like doing? What are you interested in? Never do anything that’s JUST for the money otherwise you will lose motivation and quit. Believe me I know. I started a political channel on YouTube back in 2016. Spent 5 hours a day for weeks making videos. I eventually concluded I don’t even care about politics I just did it because I thought it was popular and would make me money.
I sat down and thought about what I liked:

Build ONE Business with Multiple Streams Of Income
After looking at my list I decided to create TheWealthy1.com
TheWealthy1.com is a SIMPLE website that funnels traffic into my email list. Once on my email list I send my subscribers valuable information they can use in their lives and occasionally promote a product they will enjoy.
The important thing to understand is that this business model is infinitely scalable. Millions and millions of people can visit the site and I don’t have to do anymore or less work to maintain and grow it. All the products I recommend are affiliate links so I’m not sitting in my basement filling orders. I just have to keep making videos and / or buy paid ads to direct traffic to my videos.
Lets look at another example. MGTOW.TV Amer Mitwalley created this site because he was sick of MGTOW creators getting kicked off YouTube. This one site alone generates multiple streams of income for him such as:
- Pro membership @ $10 / month
- Advertising spots
- Donations
- Pay Per View Video Income
There is so much more he can do as well. I’m not saying you have to partake in a giant undertaking like MGTOW.TV, just make a simple one page website with an autoresponder.
Start a YouTube channel and start producing content in a profitable niche. The key to success is CONSISTENT content. With consistent good content you build a loyal audience in a specific niche, the loyalty of your audience is where you make the money.

People get to know you from your videos and/or articles you post online. I’ve never met the creator of MGTOW.TV but I like the guy so I have a PRO membership. I’ve never met Grant Cardone but I have his books. Building an audience isn’t hard as long as you make your content is about your audience not yourself.
Make Your Plan & Determine What Skills You Need To Make That Plan a Reality
I figured out I will need to learn:
- Public Speaking (I read an article, watched some videos)
- Video Editing (Watched some videos, figured it out in a day)
- How To Write (Bought a book “Hypnotic Writing by Joe Vitale”)
- Video Special Effects: (Watched a 10min Adobe After Effects Video)
- How To Setup a Website (hosting companies will show you how for free)
- Marketing (Read books, watch YouTube videos)
- Trading (Videos, online courses, and books)
All of these skills can be learned quickly to allow you to get started. You don’t need to master everything before you start, in fact if you do that you will never get started!
Just have a rough plan and take the first step, then the next step. This is a simple journey but not an easy one.
If you stay focused and work hard you can easily bank a couple million dollars in 5 years. 2million invested @ 5% a year returns (which isn’t hard) nets you a $100,000 a year “pension” for life.
