so if the 'castle' is a tourist destination, why not try to restore as much of it as possible... charge people a couple of bucks to go in and enjoy the land/areas...
i mean how do the current owners maintain it even in its current condition?!...
good story though...
try some of the rivers in the USA, thousands die each year from swimming in rivers, riding rapids, or get sucked into mud...
only 21 not that deadly... when you get into the hundreds then we can call it deadly...
