In China if you assist someone who's hurt in an accident you become liable to pay medical bills. That is the main reason no one is jumping in to help.

Quite an old clip? but this is what happens or doesn't happen when a Society is so oppressed only yourself matter's. We see this just as much in the West, especially since the Scamdemic. I;ve even found myself at times turning away, but that is only regarding helping the most privileged creatures in history the women. I can understand in a place like China and it's politic's and life style why no one gives a shit? The same goes for India. i remember some years ago on YT seeing a video from India where a Guy had been run over by a truck that didn't see his Bicycle. The guy lay their trying to get up as his leg's and arms were smashed and flailed around like rag's in the wind. A Crowd formed and did NOTHING, except film him on their smartphones. there's an indictment of humanity for you? and it's getting worse.
