3 Moves to Quickly Fix Uneven Shoulder Posture

Published on 23 Sep 2024 / In Sports

Dr. Rowe shows how to quickly fix uneven shoulder posture (high or low shoulder).

A main cause of a high (or low) shoulder is due to a blend of weakness and tightness in the muscles that maintain shoulder and upper back posture. This includes the trapezius muscles.

This video will focus on specifically lengthening and strengthening these muscles where it's needed the most.

While each exercise is different, they are meant to work together. To get the best results, make sure to use them all!
