12 wraps and freezing - Keep what you need for the day and freeze / refrigerate the rest.

240 grams wheat protein / gluten / straight flour or blend.
Dozen eggs.
Garlic fresh /powder / granules / or other spices / additives such as cheese / bacon etc., to taste.
Butter

Maybe a touch of water.

Blend - eggs in the blender FIRST - especially if using GLUTEN and perhaps add water and use a little less gluten...


Gluten tends to congeal like clotted soft rubber.... NEEDS genuine dilution, slowly mixing it in, extra water, and or high muscle - I have not tried the variation on the recipe yet with the gluten instead of the flour, but I do have extensive experience cooking with gluten....

Being like 98% wheat protein, it is mechanically very different to wheat starch.

Kind of like pancake mixture vs., soft blobs of Stretch Armstrong...
