It's not my place to say what is right or wrong about this guy and how he chooses to live his life..
But
a) I think he is MORE of a gym bunny / work out guy, than most. Good for him.
b) He cooks up GOOD healthy food.
c) He exercises.
d) He despises Crap Donalds... and the fucking shit they serve.
He lives a somewhat fanatical and more of a specialist life style. It doesn't suit me or most other people and nor should it.
BUT when I compare myself to him, as we all should, there is one question we can all ask ourselves,
"Is there room for improvement? Can we look after ourselves better - by doing more and better exercises AND eating healthier?"
And the answer is, "For sure".
