As for this video I wanted to cover a crazy story about a guy named Bill Manser that spent 5 years in prison for not paying child support on a child he didn't even know he supposedly had with a woman on a one night stand. Bill says that 12 hours of his life cost him 5 years of his life in prison for not paying child support. The woman Elizabeth Sehr had proof that he was the father. So she filed a motion in the Muffachussets for Bill to show up in court to settle the matter. But at that time he couldn't afford to fly from Texas because he was having a hard time financially and when he was convicted because he couldn't show up to court he was ordered to pay 2-3 years worth of child support payments for his supposed son Dylan that he never knew he had. So guys be careful because you might have a 1 night stand at spring break and five to ten years later you might have the woman you slept with claim that the condom you used broke and that she has your kid and you're on the hook for payment. In the case of Bill and Elizabeth she somehow managed to put through a false claim on a DNA test claiming that Bill was the father. But he never signed the form and she got the actual fathers dna sample and submitted that while saying it was Bills. The paternity court show they were both on, which I linked to in the description did a test and proved without a doubt that Bill is not that father. So this is where we are in the west and this was back in 1995 where all a woman has to do is point at any man that she had a random rendezvous with and now he's on the hook for twenty years of child support money for a kid that isn't his. Bill said that all he did was miss his court date and was sent to prison with rapists and murderers. At least people in the past people went to debtors prison's specifically instead of being thrown into general population.
