8 Activities That Are Best Done Alone

Humans are social animals so we are wired to seek out groups of people to do things with. And when we are alone we are wired to feel lonely, because we are wired with this emotional need to be with other people because it is good for our survival. However in recent years, especially due to the nearly two years spent in lock down, I have found that once you push past those feelings of loneliness there are many virtues of doing things alone. I simply feel as though my quality of life has gone up greatly now that I am doing things alone. Here are some of the positive experiences I have had and thus virtues I have found in doing things alone. Specifically, 8 common activities that we often do with others and may even think of as a romantic activity for couples to do together, but which I have found are much better when done by yourself.
