Female PUAs are much more common than male PUAs, they just don't call themselves the same name. Female PUAs are called rinsers, gold diggers, prostitutes, etc., and they constitute the vast majority of women in the west, and at least a plurality everywhere.
Their goal is not to have sex with men, but to waste as much of a man's time and money and inflict as much stress as possible while offering as little sex as possible. They actually brag to each other about how much damage they've done to a man while never having had sex with him. And this isn't even a subculture, this is normal among women in the west.
