A few years ago I saw footage of a woman who was going to try and falsely accuse her husband do similar. She got in an elevator and started punching herself in the face really hard. It instantly reminded me of the scene in "Evil Dead 2" when Bruce Campbell's own hand becomes possessed and starts beating him up. I laughed myself to tears. The best part is she gave herself the beating and the husband didn't have to do a thing. Now that's self discipline.
