Years ago, I worked for a small but highly successful software company that made money by the fuckton.

The interview process for a new software developer involved three sessions:

First Session: An interview with the psychologist from HR and the development manager. If successful, candidates were invited to the second session.

Second Session: A thorough technical interview with team leads and the development manager. Successful candidates were given an offer to consider and NDA to sign before the next session.

Third Session: A tour of the building to meet the team and ask questions with complete transparency, helping them decide if they really wanted to be there.

When the HR manager was replaced by a hardcore feminist cunt, the process changed. Female candidates were immediately advanced to the final session, sidelining the development manager. He was told to work with what he got because diversity was good for the company.

Additionally, candidates in possession of a vagina were offered around 20% - 30% more in salary and leave than the dudes. They were also fucking useless with the guys constantly helping them and doing their work with the hope of getting some vaginal access. Quality and productivity tanked.

The salaries were leaked to the entire company after the HR lady printed a spreadsheet detailing salaries, increases and bonuses for the new year.

Somehow, the big Minolta at the HR office had its IP swapped with the one on the other side of the building near the dev teams and a few other departments. She printed it 7 times thinking it would pop out at the HR office.

Within about two years, the feminist shrank the company to about 5% of its original size. It carried on like that for a few years before closing down.
