A good few years before the Rocket a Cornishman developedther first High Pressure Locomotive, in fact before that he invented the first Road Locomotive, But whilsy celebrating it's success it blew up! lol! to much Ale and stream don't mix! lol! This is the story of Richard Trevithick the father of the Railways, well the high pressure STEAM Railway. here you will also see and experienced a 1980's replica of the original loco built to the original Trevithick plans.
