i guess the question to ask is why would you do this in the first place?
because as far as i know raspberry pi is pretty bare bones and it's not like your going to be doing any serious gaming with that thing.

That's a fair question and I plan to cover something related to this in a future video. Although serious gaming won't be available on a Pi there is a lot that can still be done. For example this video was made on a Pi 4 from recording to editing and image manipulation. A few reasons would be related to over-clocking whether to do it, adjust it etc. Also cooling solutions vary alot on the Raspberry Pi so it's good to test it. Another reason is software can be unstable especially if it's expiremental; and for the same reason that a Pi can't have serious gaming it's useful to monitor those numbers on a board that creates so much heat. Basically it's there if you need it.

@tarknan: my dad got himself one of these, and he really overhyped it, by the time I saw it, I thought it was a piece of crap back from the 90s lol. Except it had Bluetooth and wifi, but that was pretty much it. But my dad was happy so it's all good I guess.

@KEEPER: Yeah depending on what you're looking to do this might not be well suited, everything has its trade offs though.
