Here are the problems in Africa and indeed in the western world as we live and breathe:
1.) Welfare
2.) Food aid to Africa
3.) Prioritizing women's legal empowerment and education over men.

AFRICA IS POOR BECAUSE OF ITS LOW IQ ...
Prof. Richard Lynn, showed that there is a whopping correlation of 0.7 between the average IQ of a country and its standard of living (GNP/head). Smart individuals can do more than dumb ones. Smart populations can do more than dumb ones. Since the average IQ of black Africans is only 70 (also discovered by Prof Lynn) it is to be expected that they are an economic basket case.
