‘African mentality and mood are now pro-Russian’ - Souleymane Anta Ndiaye

A former advisor in the Senegalese Embassy in Russia attended the International Movement of Russophiles event. Souleymane Anta Ndiaye said the movement needs to bring together as many Russophiles around the world as possible. The Movement’s participants from 40 different countries gathered in Moscow determined to resist a Western campaign of anti-Russian rhetoric.
