Revelations are ancient truths rediscovered, say like learning the truths of Atlantis, Exodus, Eden, the (Noah's) Flood, etc... the problem is I or rather "we" collectively though unknown to most have already "rediscovered" their turths and them in physical forms-- ie their location and how it happened or the sequence of events to their disasters.... just saying. Christ or God of Israel El said in Cosplay "only the Father knowest the date and time" but "signs and times" and "signs of the times" to be aware or pay attention. He literally told you it is connected to or measured by astrology. Trancing back to our earliest civilications of our Western world (not counting Eye of Africa Atlantis and rain erosion on the Sphinx), 4th Millennium BC to today is six thousands years, after the mid-2040s it will be the seventh.. hence the six day creation story contains theelement of our armageddon "For a day in the Lord is a thousand years for man"., 1 Peter.
