We need to end these monopolies: I believe the first step is actual citizens being able to vote in laws overriding those of Congress-- say voting in the number of committees a legislative delegate can join, I think 3 is enough maybe 5 depending on the committees, and a huge reduction in the number of committees and a closer resemblance between House of Rep and Senate committees. Period, no compromise on that. First, we have to shore up our voting base and cut out the dead and illegals and non-citizens from voting. Congress members will never vote themselves restrictions unless facing certain, immediate death.
