A U.S. Army officer is suing two Virginia police officers over a violent traffic stop last December. Police body camera video shows the officer in full uniform being approached by the cops with their guns drawn. Christina Ruffini has more.

U.S. Army Lt. Caron Nazario told Windsor City Police he was “honestly afraid to get out” of his vehicle in videos of the incident showing officers with their guns drawn during the traffic stop.

Bodycam and cellphone video shows how a Virginia officer pepper-sprayed a Black and Latino Army lieutenant during a traffic stop in December. Christina Ruffini reports on the details of the stop and the lawsuit against the officers.
