If you already knew about this feature, that's cool, but if you didn't know about it, then I'm glad to be of some help.

Pop out chat is great.
You can also, in Firefox at least, scroll the video area independently of the chat area. It basically gives you the whole window / tab for chat.

Isn't that what I just saw in this video?

You can do the tab trick with other browsers too.
More often than not, reading my comments... WTF! Can't use that on regular videos, can we?

Yeah you can, however the phone that I was recording with has issues with doing it on some of the videos on the site, however if I switch it to MP3 I can do it no problem. However I do with YouTube all the time with no issue, YouTube is just better optimized. So what other browsers can do this?

@KEEPER: Samsung internet, opera. I'm not familiar with chrome, maybe it's possible with it too.

@The Man Inside: as far as I'm aware, other browsers only have this capability when you are on your PC, but for cell phones it's one of those features that you have to look out for. I know that YouTube app allows its users to do that only when they spend money on it, instead of it being free like how Brave works, I have Samsung internet built into this phone, and it's nowhere near as good as Brave, although I do kind of like it in some ways, they were the first to have a built-in dark mode for every website that later on Brave adapted to the mobile version of their app. Brave also has the built-in ad blocker tracker blocker features, and if I want to I could turn off Scripts using a browser. Brave is based off of the Chrome browser, except it's not Chrome oh, the original Chrome browser is nice however there is no ad blocker or tracker blocker built in and doesn't allow you to have access to the background video playback feature. So far I haven't seen a better browser for Android or iPhone for that matter. The problem is, it's not the best format for every person who uses it, some people are just too used to how apps work oh, and they just won't touch anything else because it's more convenient to use the app in many cases. I mean I'm kind of like that on YouTube, for example I will use my Brave browser while I'm on YouTube and if I want to make a comment in the comment section, I can however I can't specifically reply to somebody in particular because the browser version won't Auto selector name, so if somebody replies to my comment oh, I have to open up the YouTube app and open up the notifications in order to reply to them and see their notifications. But I totally get it, apps can make things very convenient based on their features that are available. But for the vast majority of my browsing I use my Brave browser because it works 100% of the time. Sometimes the update the app and get rid of features I liked, but other than that it's a great browser to use. They do have a built-in ads service where you can earn crypto or whatever, I usually opt out of that because I would rather have an ad-free experience so I pretty much never use that feature.

@KEEPER: I'm writing this message on brave, whilst listening to a video on the Samsung browser. I've not selected any option on that browser. For pootube though, you need to be logged in to your account to be able to do it. If not logged in, it won't work for pootube.

@The Man Inside: that's pretty interesting, I might need to update my Samsung internet app. By default I I have it set to not auto update the app. So why are you using Brave right now?

@The Man Inside: Brave doesn't have that problem of you needing to be logged into YouTube in order to get that functionality, I will often open up a private tab was in Brave listen to videos within the Tor extension that it has built-in I listen to a video while switching back to the normal tabs and have a conversation with people. Technically I should always be using tor, but sometimes I'm lazy, however I can set my browser to Auto clear history when leaving the app if I want to.

@The Man Inside: Samsung internet has an ad blocker doesn't it? Did they get rid of it? I haven't used it in a while oh, but as I said it's built into my phone.

@KEEPER: that I know of, it doesn't. It's ads all over. The brave blocker is not that good either, Amr is bypassing it. :-D

@The Man Inside: it absolutely can be slow LOL especially if your internet is terrible, right now my internet's not too bad, place where I live are tearing down the 2G 3-g 4G towers and hooking up the 5G Towers in their places, so slow internet is going to be somewhat of a thing in the past. Until we collapse of course.

@The Man Inside: yeah his ads aren't really ads though, they're more like spots to place ads LOL are there more like spots to put pictures. He's been trying to get sponsors oh, but nobody wants to bite I guess lol. Most people just contacted content creators to do placements of ads, but they would reach a larger audience if they went with the website instead of just one content creator. Armor has actually made really good deals in comparison to a lot of other websites, and it's still not enough for people to want to advertise here.

@KEEPER: in my view, there are two main reasons. It's a very small niche market, and the "image" some msm has projected, although not completely wrong (bad apples everywhere) is not the best, is it?
