ANONYMOUS declares cyber war on Russian government

A cyber war has been declared by the Anonymous hacker group, widely known for ideologically motivated cyberattacks, against the Russian government. Several countries’ government sites – and RT.com – have experienced difficulties. We asked technology analyst Roger Kay to share his thoughts on the situation.
