Some years back, ivy league universities imposed quotas on black students. These black students were pummeled with comments from the whites and Jews, that "You're too dumb to be here. You're taking the slot of a smarter white or Jew, etc." I think I remember these blacks later saying, to stop the black quotas, since the whole policy had backfired badly, with the black students thinking they did not deserve their slot, and that they had taken someone else's place who was more deserving. If there are female coaching quotas, then possibly, a similar situation might occur, with a similar result?!
