Argentina marks Labor Day, activists hand out free food | Labor Day Worldwide

Trade unions and activists gathered in Buenos Aires on Monday to celebrate Labor Day. At the rally, activists also handed out free food to those in need.

The demonstrators spoke out against the International Monetary Fund (IMF) ‘conditions’. ‘The government continues to cut all social programs, hand in hand with the International Monetary Fund, pensions, retirements, even the minimum living and mobile wage are being discussed,' one of the participants said.
