Actually - I didn't see the speech or I saw some of it or what ever - but Biden is such a cluster fuck of incoherence, wandering across topics, Brain ROT - from old age etc.. There was the great debate between him and Trump and Trump stands back after a few minutes of Bidens bullshit and says, "I have no idea what this guy has been saying".... This is so BAD - he is like dropping a puppy into a blender and then saying, "Lets take the dog for a walk" - My Brain Hurts. Not sure of the speech Newman was referencing but was Biden lying - sort of pretty much yes. Was Biden even aware of what was going on? I doubt it.... Everything about Biden is a shit show.... it's a pantomime of lies, deceit and absolute crap..... Pose Value - like him riding a bicycle and falling off....
