Axe wielding woman smashes up store

This woman obviously had an axe to grind.

A saleswoman was left confused and terrified, but thankfully unharmed after an aggressive customer grabbed an axe from a rack of tools and began a spree of smashing without the grabbing, and then bizarrely walking away as if nothing had happened. The glass counter, the computer and the cash register all victims of the woman’s quest for vengeance over… well, no one’s quite sure. The woman appeared to be calm and behaving quite normally before the axe rampage, so the motivations remain unclear.

Police have identified the woman as a 46-year-old local resident from the town of Rzhev, and are currently investigating exactly what happened to provoke such a violent display.
