Azerbaijan and Armenia exchange accusations over Nagorno-Karabakh during UN security meeting

During the UN Security Council meeting, the Russian deputy ambassador said that the framework for the current parameters of the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement was set by the recognition of the area as part of Azerbaijan by officials in Yerevan in October 2022 and May 2023. Azerbaijan’s foreign minister has briefed the UN Security Council on Baku's successes during its operation, while the Armenian representative focused on the humanitarian plight and civilians caught up in the conflict.
