I reckon more tea can be brewed by adding beef bones to mix. The juice from the marrow adds some extra flavour to the tea also.

Yep - Good thinking Batman...... I get a side of lamb every so often... it makes meat affordable... and all the little rib bits, with lots of tendon, and a bit of fat and not much meat, make for an excellent soup - the easy way, all the bones and such in a big enough pot, cover with boiling water and started on a slow but HOT simmer, say midnight - 2am.. and 10 am = breakfast... Fantastic.

No matter all the bullshit under the sun - Meat Tea - is a VERY good drink.....

Lamb, Beef, Chicken, Fish etc...

AND if your up for it, adding fresh vegetables and noodles and all sorts of things, ALL greatly adds to the nutritional value of it.

While the plainish meat teas ARE very good, I am inclined to eat from the pot, and to leave the meat in.... And a few condiments - like tomato sauce, and ground spices, onions and garlic etc.. make it ever so good.

And while in a sense, where one person spoke of meat tea being as nutritional as a bowl of water - everything left with nothing else to eat, dies at the same rate....

As meat is dissolved into boiling water, it breaks down and coverts into gelatin etc... and THIS is definitely nutritional.

Talk about rejuvination and stimulating the appetite.

Very Good.

A big bowl of cold "meat tea", might also be a very good drink on a hot day too...

If you don't boil the meat to an absolute shit - where most of it is disolved... it's still got some taste... well you can make it into meat loaf of sorts or put it on toast etc... Tons of uses for it.

But seriously - This is VERY good... damn it - stimulates the appetite and activates the energetics.
