Eating meat does help boost testosterone. Do not eat shitty meat you know; canned or processed meat. Do not eat meat from fast food places either; well chipotle is okay but burger joints, nope. If you eat meat, it's best to buy it fresh and cook it at home. If you buy meat, get beef, goat or sheep. Pork is trash. Oh and one more thing....eat it once a week or 3 times in a month. I have seen people who do not eat meat; their bones are brittle and physically, their bodies are not every durable. They also need to take supplements frequently.

You do realise thats fat yeah? dense molecular structure of glucose? If you want to be a man with heart disease, carry on. It basically says glucose create testosterone. which is a sugar. Good job plants have a better structure easier for us the breakdown. Fructose.

@AmanleyLoad: meat consumption in the usa....and most western countries....they eat too much of it in one meal. You only really need an amount of meat at most the size of a clenched fist when you do decide to include it in a meal. And like I said earlier, it should not be eaten often

@AbyssWatcher: In the china study the best they could do was a handfull of fish per month, there has been no long term plantbased studies but theres living people who live to along age. One thing we have to consider nowadays is the pollution all over the globe. You can choose to eat either way but for better healthier gut bacteria... they dont like meat. it is what it is but for a healthier heart i would eat meat on the most remote basis possible along side a well balanced diet

@AmanleyLoad: One more thing....compare the height and muscle mass of males in USA, UK, versus the men in South Asian countries and India; also compare the diet. There is scientific evidence proving that men in south asian countries and india have very low testosterone. These people either have less access to meat or they do not eat meat. I would recommend you looking into this.

https://www.amazon.com/China-S....tudy-Comprehensive-N PS meat does not increase testosterone. Infact its plants that actually have more efficiently in boosting testosterone naturally. These people generally have low IQ because bad beliefs stop them learning

Much love bro" join the horseman!!!!!!!! yeh i chekced the user out... was a carnivore. not interested in beliefs. I have already healped meat eaters who dont want to quit live healthier so beliefs are not in my forte how ever i will always state my opinion from my experience. If they dont want these red pills. then let them loose the opportunity to be their better selves more than they already are. This is for people who want to be healthy!

For the sport ^^ When you cook Chop Shoy or Chop Suey Eggs are a must ( Yeah I love Asian food ) ^^ But I do feel a difference.. I feel better more active, I have more energy, etc...

@Doggk: Its up to you (not directly, generally) to how far you wan to take your health and whats best for you. Baby steps. a lot of people are more concerned about fitness but not the fuel they use so all i am trying to do is highligh certain areas of health the general populous have not even thought of. Theres too much woman content and not enough factual health content backed up at least enough to help them research for themselves with a half decent path rather than walking blind. The mind and the body go together. Its alright concentrating on the mind but the body is just as important..
