One of the most common questions I get from men, seeking to be more masculine is how to be more dominant.⁠⠀

Unfortunately, most men thing dominance means exerting control over others by force. This couldn't be further from the truth. True dominance doesn't involve force at all, but instead control--specifically self-control.⁠⠀

To be dominant, requires willful submission from others.⁠ The only way another person will willfully submit to you is if they see you are powerful and trust you.⁠⠀

This begins with having mastery over yourself.⁠⠀
⁠⠀
If you cannot master yourself--your emotions, your desires, your behavior--you are weak and can't be trusted.⁠ A truly dominant man is capable of force, but does not need to use it very often because those in his presence willfully submit.⁠⠀
