Biden forgets Indian PM Modi in latest, horrible gaffe

Hey everyone, look who’s back! Joe Biden has returned to the limelight to remind everyone that, yes, he inexplicably still is president of the United States, and he’s done it the only way he knows how – a massive, horrendous blunder. The United States, India, Australia and Japan were gathering for the annual Quadrilateral Security Dialogue Leaders Summit (the ‘Quad’), and Biden had already nimbly navigated the issue of the Air Force One stairs by somehow wangling the summit to be held a short, senior citizens’ discounted bus ride from his home, in Wilmington, Delaware. Unfortunately, he still had the final boss of Biden brand diplomacy to deal with: remembering who he was and what he was doing there.

Cue the press conference. ‘So I want to thank you all for being here. And now, who am I introducing next?’ There was no reply. Breaking a silence so awkward you could hear an ant drop a miniature pin in a soundproofed booth, Biden raised his voice in anger. ‘WHO’S NEXT?’ It was a conference with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The only person to announce was Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

A staffer went on microphone and announced Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and the clip went viral on social media. Judging by the state of this gaffe, it’s looking like lasting the next four months is going to be hard for old Joe, let alone lasting the four years the Democrats were insisting he could manage just a few weeks ago.
