Joe Biden paid a visit to the US-Mexico border for a four-hour tour, as official figures show more than two million people were stopped while trying to illegally cross last year – half of them through Mexico. Meanwhile, Washington has announced yet another security assistance package, worth nearly $3 BN, for Ukraine.
