Just like my cousin told me ~40yrs ago, folks reliant on the welfare system are the second most controlled people here in USA, folks in prison being number one.
Her mom died when I was still in diapers, she the oldest of two kids had just entered 1st year of college, her lil' brother moved in with us @ 16yo full time cuz
their dad was lost @ sea up yonder in Gulf of Alaska just like moms dad decades earlier.
