I don't know about the truth.... could have been saboutage, could have been shitty storage of ammonium nitrate and other things. Ammonium Nitrate when clean and new, makes an excellent explosive - just add diesel and a bit of gelegnite and a detonator and a fuse.... Universal Farming / Mining Explosive. Shitty storage and fires etc., these explosions are not the first time a heap of it's gone up.
