Boy Scouts is now They/Them Scouts!

Boy Scouts was built by men and boys into an organization whose very name carried weight and prestige. Girl Scouts did not. But since the 1970s, women have been destroying families thru divorce and irresponsible breeding, so sons didn't have fathers around to guide them in Scouting. Eventually out of sheer desperation in the late 80s they allowed female scout leaders--and that's when it began. Over the next couple of decades women took more and more control over a program meant to turn boys into men, and sucked the life out of it by wrapping it around their own desires. Those men who remain are largely fearful of any female criticism, and for good reason.

But a boy cannot learn to be a man from a woman because there are rules and penalties to which women are not subject, and for the most part unaware. So it's no surprise that, as boys lost interest in the program (no point in having another female authority figure telling him what to do) they lost male influence--and the problem got worse.

We're required to believe that the various molestation scandals have been the major cause of the drop in membership. But talk to some of the boys themselves and they'll tell you how boring it is to sit at desks and fill out worksheets because moms don't want them to risk minor hurts. Go to the average Scout meet and watch as the adult "leaders" have their faces buried in their cell phones while the kids run riot or languish in various stages of boredom while the women "leaders" gossip.

You can NEVER say this, because it hurts women's feelings.
