The thing I can't get passed is how the Ukrainians think they're going to win when they keep using the same tactics that keep failing. Allowing your armed force's to be encircled, cut off and destroyed isn't a recipe for success. They should've learned their lesson after Mariupol. I'm no military expert but it seems obvious to me.

Btw the term Alex was looking for was Thucydides Trap. America and the West is now in a Thucydides Trap in Ukraine. Hopefully it works out better for us than it did for Athens but I doubt it. Thing's are about to get really interesting and I mean interesting not good.
