You and me both however he does say no more bread and milk and cheese and fruits so that would save me more money to buy more. Eat and better quality meat if Im not able to hunt for it myself so it's a win win gonna be weird making a stew or broth and all it is inside is just meat water and butter, no onions garlic ginger that's weird however I have done that and left it with avocados and few vegetables and have left overs and no problems however if it was just meat it would get boring real quick and just save time cooking if your not chopping anything else.

@DIO DOOM NUTZ_TALICHADJESUS33: I would say that you likely wouldn't need to give up other foods entirely, just don't make them a large focus of your diet. Having veggies, fruit and bread occasionally should be fine, but meat should definitely be the top priority. Personally a bit of bread and fruit in a day would be fine, but I do not miss veggies whatsoever- never enjoyed that crap and I never will.

@MSR82: most fruits vegetables and bread have processed junk and chemicals added to them as most food is imported to other countries and to make them last longer on shelf that's why they said leave that trash out. Some good vegetables needed like onions garlic ginger however other trash like broccoli or kale can burn in hell. Glad you enjoyed the video Godbless you and Godspeed \G/
