Children among dead in Israeli strike on Tulkarm refugee camp

Residents of the West Bank's Tulkarm refugee camp have held a ceremony to mourn those killed in a recent IDF raid. The incursion was the deadliest seen in over two decades, with 20 casualties reported by Palestinian authorities.
