There is a component of the older generation that has not yet retired in the us workforce that is just trying to hold out long enough to get their retirement situated. I believe this is the main component of workers in the US that are holding the government organizations and the large corporations together. I am talking in regards to the higher paying high skilled jobs. I don't necessarily implicate that this group of people are all geniuses, I would just argue the older generation of this category of people on average have a significantly higher IQ that the younger generation of cohorts that are coming in to replace them. When The majority of the corporate/government worker population is comprised of the younger people, (younger millenials, zoomers) we will reach what I am starting to call "peak retard" where the number of low iq people running the show are at the greatest number and the organization will no longer have the brain power to run properly anymore leading to a collapse of the overall structure. Right now the example of the person in the video literally makes a statement that is correct, she is an impostor, allowed a privileged position which she likely does not have the merit for due to varieties of affirmative action. Many of these people are living examples of dunning-kruger and they have a false overinflated confidence in their ability that is further inflamed by the common propaganda seen today such as the recruitment ad dinesh is talking about. It is appealing to emotion, not knowledge, skills, ability AKA merit.
