City bans meat ads as Netherlands lifts cap on coal-burning energy

A vote for a ban on meat advertisements has been passed in the Dutch city of Haarlem as part of wide-ranging Green policy. However, the eco-agenda didn't stop Netherlands from also lifting a cap on coal-powered energy production.
