The following are my beliefs and understandings of the Truths and the FACTS about the American Land Trust and its Governmental Banking System and Justice Laws. They are presented as support to my American De Jure Federal Court Filing and Laws of the Living Orders per Case # 4:16-mc-00009-JAJ.
It is your free choice to believe following or not; for there can only one just banking system. Just follow the Money; for the following will never be taught in any college law school because the foreign bankers wanted you to be paupers of law also.

THE AMERICAN DREAM OF FREEDOM AND LIBERTY
The Constitutional phrase “We the People” are the Trustees of America the Land Trust, as identified in the Declaration of Independence and “We the People” are the American Superior Trustees and when 25 years of Age the “Electoral Trustees”. We stand over the constructed American Constitutional International and Internal Banking Government and National Banking Depositary Trust.
The American Constitutional International and Internal Banking Government was set-up with three Trustee Banking Branches to provide for international and national banking commerce protections, to pay the bills, to issue just authorized operational charges, and taxes. It was to be regulated by the votes of the people by limiting the office inhabitants to a one term limit at a time, as constitutional oversight. The Internal Banking Government was also to regulate the internal Public Bankrupt Corporations and it was forbidden of them to setup a religious moral system of controls over the people; refer to Bill of Rights.
The American National Banking Depositary Trust was a continuation of nation’s native hidden treasury of wealth that had been accumulated for tens of thousands of years. The Depositary Trust was to belong to the people as their inheritance. Access to the inheritance required the approval of the three (3) constructed Trustee Offices of the National Banking Depositary Trust:
1) the Attorney General as the Just Exchange Trustee; 2) the Secretary of the Treasury as the Treasury Accessing Trustee; 3) the Postmaster General as the Delivery Trustee.
The 4th Constructed Department of the Government was the State and Federal Judicial Court Departments which were to insure that there were to be No Debtor Prisons in the States and our Republic compared to the rest of the Debt Banking Countries of the World. The Debts here were to be processed through Courts of Justice by way of the prosecuting Justice Attorney to the 3 Depositary Trustees. Only those that caused actual harm or damage were to be sent to prison.
Our American National Banking Trust Enforcement Inspector Generals (individual investigative Agents) also stand over the Constitutional Governmental Departments and they will be called upon to inspect, and prosecute any governmental banking department for Foreign Insurrection, Identity Theft, continued Foreign and Fraudulent Implied Voluntary Servitude and Foreign Banking Usury Frauds using their Bank Acceptances and Trade Acceptances against our American National Bank and Trust signature released “Letters of Credit” and deposited Assets that are being held in Off-Budget and/or Off‑Shore Mortmain holding assurance accounts, as a collateral source for their monetary bond hiring and profits. Then also the double jeopardy of charging the people for additional unjust profits in their so called Constructive Charitable Governmental or Banking Trust, as they are able to claim beneficial ownership and exempt status from having to pay the tariff income taxes.

OUR AMERICAN NIGHTMARE OF INSURRECTION AND FOREIGN BANKING PENAL COLONY SLAVERY
BUT, the Foreign Bankers were very unhappy with the American Independent Banking system, so they constructed the American internal Civil War to get both the States and National Constitutional Banking Governments into fraudulent debt to the Foreign Bankers.
No real assets were ever turned over, only “Letters of Credit” that were deposited and then Liens were written by the Foreign Bankers to issue bonds out to the people, the end resulting payment of the original debt by the peoples labor.
In order to make this function the Foreign Bankers constructed a 1871 copyrighted UNITED STATES BANKRUPT “De Facto” TRUST to MIMIC the original United States of America Governmental “De Jure” Banking Trust.
The UNITED STATES and “STATE OF ________” BANKRUPT TRUSTS brought about a new Religious Penal Colony of Foreign and Fraudulent Debt and Fraudulent Moral Laws and Restrictions in violation of the American Constitution and its Freedom Protections of the Peoples’ Life, Private Rights and Private Property.
The UNITED STATES BANKRUPT TRUST then proceeded to slowly replace the original United States of America Governmental “De Jure” Banking Trust; by their Foreign Agents inside the governments using political governmental Murders, Bribes, Intimidation and Kickbacks to take the control of the De Jure State and National Governments. They set it up so all of the excess Tariff Income Taxes after the Governmental operating expenses were deducted were then deposited into a Foreign FRB UNITED STATES BANKRUPT TRUST Depository off-budget account. Then came the 1933 world industrial Bankruptcy and the UNITED STATES BANKRUPT “De Facto” TRUST need additional sources of funding so they setup a system of Foreign STATE OF and National Security Constructive Charitable Trust with them as the real Bankrupts but by fraudulent concealment they became the Beneficial Owners, even though they granted nothing and risk no collateral of their own, but they were able to hire the Trust assets out for their own unjust profits and gains.
These Fraudulent Constructive Charitable and Moral Trust are known as a Granted Trust signature “Letter of Credit” deposit per the following: Drivers Licenses, Certificates of Title, Marriage Licenses, no harm traffic tickets, Fraudulent Mortgages and Loans of you loaning yourself, etc.
It didn’t stop there, the people were listed as the Foreign Grantor (by their signature “Letters of Credit”) and the Foreign Beneficiary by being allowed to use their own property even though it was under a fraudulent mortgage to the Beneficial Owners. But, wait it is still not over, by Fraudulent assignments and Identity Theft, the Beneficial Owners constructed an EXECUTOR in your name known as a MORTMAIN “Deadman” account to blockade and hold the Trust Assets; Off-Budget and Off-Shore, thereby preventing the Grantor/Beneficiaries from settling their indentured charges brought by the Beneficial Owners to keeping them in a state of servitude. The Beneficial Owners then controlled the new 1938 UNITED STATES BANKRUPT TRUST Court system; utilizing BAR Attorneys under threats and bribery with trust Kickbacks. This is an Insurrection Action in Violation of section 3 & 4 of the 14th Amendment and an Act of Treason of Office if committed by anyone acting in a De Jure Office.
Therefore, the American people have but one recourse and that is to Disavow the positions of Foreign Grantor and that of Foreign Beneficiary per the 1868 Volume 15 of the Statutes at Large, chapter 249, known as the Expatriation Act.
a) If already in a Court Action; you are to file a “Cross Action” as the Plaintiff and also make the Prosecuting Attorney, the Attorney of Record for the De Jure Governmental Banking Trust, as a Co-Plaintiff against the Defendants: the Foreign Mortmain Executor, the Foreign Bankrupt Trust and the Beneficial Owners.
b) If you are not in a court action; you are to file a Forty-six dollar ($46) Federal District Court Miscellaneous Green Jacket Filing as a “CRIMINAL FOREIGN INSURRECTION TRUST CASE”; using the same Plaintiff and Defendant setup as listed above.
Word of Warning: NO Foreign BAR card Attorneys and NO Trust Kickbacks can be used in these Court Actions.
