Yes, the vast majority of women, especially the halfway-decent looking ones that are even close to attractive, are terrible narcissists and do the whole hypergamy and monkey-branching. However, I've seen unattractive, ugly-ass women attempt to monkey-branch to a slightly better man [she failed miserably and was left with nothing and broke]. So I would say narcissistic traits are inherently female in nature.
