No we do not, reality is proving it to you right now. Your job is not your home, stupid, you are there to make money for your employer. If you can only work in places where you feel that you belong, there will be very few places left.
In general, I love observing these trends : everyone jumped on the feelings bandwagon, hiring coddle staff to avoid cancellation. Now that companies start to get their business savagely destroyed by fed up customers, it's dumping time. Back to basics, I'm all for it.

Also : diversity is not a strength, it is a weakness. History proved it time and time again. This slogan is just another example of Goebels' strategy : repeat a lie enough times and it becomes truth.

I don't doubt as they cut white workers who actually worked for these parasites they saw worse and worse end results and income being generated.
