Cop car thief gets rescued from oncoming train

A hapless car thief managed to end his escapades in the most embarrassing way possible – requiring the police to save him after crashing the car he’d just stolen. Even worse, it was a cop car he’d just stolen.

The thief somehow managed to steal a police cruiser during a traffic stop, took the car for a joyride and spectacularly crashed on a rail crossing, leaving the car marooned on the rail tracks, just as a train was making its way towards him. Fortunately for him, a swarm of cops was there to pull him clear, just moments before the train collided with the stranded vehicle.
