This is supposed to be 3 servings - but if your really hungry and large - it's more like a big boost to your lunch and also your dinner.
You can also bag half and use a smaller bowl for preparation and eating out of....
This is good, nutritional, food - and it's a great meal - by it's self and mixed in with other things - like MEAT and CHEESE etc...
And Cabbage is a SUPER FOOD.
You can also VARY or ADD or SUBTRACT different things to it, like nuts, chopped up boiled eggs, cheese cubes, tons of stuff.....
Ingredients
▢ 630 g cabbage shredded
▢ 534 g red cabbage shredded
▢ 384 g carrots shredded
▢ 351 g walnuts toasted
▢ 6 tablespoons lemon juice
▢ 6 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Dressing
▢ 258 g cashews
▢ 3 tablespoon lemon juice
▢ 4.5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
▢ 6 tsp dijon mustard
▢ 3 tsp Braggs liquid aminos
▢ 3 deglet dates
▢ 1.5 teaspoon onion powder
▢ 1.5 teaspoon cracked pepper
▢ 354.87 g water
Instructions
Add the cabbages, carrots and walnuts to a mixing bowl.
Add the lemon juice and white wine vinegar and stir together with the cabbage mixture.
Add the dressing ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture over cabbage and stir all together.
Keep in the fridge in an airtight container for 5-7 days.
