@The Man Inside: He gave us free moral agency, coupled with the consequences of those choices. In spite of past bad choices, some of us have a line we'll never cross. This is one of them. They could solve their starvation problem tomorrow, but they won't. As with other parts of the world, it will take Divine Intervention to solve our diverse set of issues.
