Train was slowing down, giving her a chance to move. When she finally came to her senses (which rarely happens), too late.
She was simply being deliberately childish (with breasts), pushing the issue, up to that "point of...". Oops. Too late. Got SPANKED by the train, as a good father would've done to her at home.
Train drove quite slowly, she might have come off with some bruises. Also, there's no audio, did the driver not pull the horn? Weird.
