Deluge leaves trail of destruction in Lisbon

Homes and stores were flooded, city roads were cut off, and train, bus and subway services were disrupted, all after an Atlantic storm slammed into the Portuguese capital. Residents were advised to stay inside and commuters were told to stay away from the city.
