I think I know the answer, but it's too long and complex for a video comment thread such as this. I've read the Bible a lot, and it seems to me that, though subtle, the answers can be picked out of there.
If we were to design a device whose primary function was to reproduce "Genetic Spare Parts" emulating itself (para-cloning); with the highest probability of producing a "Live Birth" and then raising the offspring to puberty ("ability to reproduce genetic space parts...rinse and repeat"); then we might program said organism with scarce consideration ("empathy") for any other of her species, so as to focus on the "one task" that she has to perform.
