Do You Seek External Validation?

A lot of people have lots of bad feelings inside of them. I know that because I've been there. I've been bullied, I've suffered with my family and a lot of other stuff.

So, all these bad feelings end up creating a vortex inside of us that completely drags us down. And all these emotions guides us towards a direction that is not healthy: the direction of seeking external validation.
