There is also another technique for pulling bores out - run a light bead of weld up the sides of the liners ( a thin small weld, ONTO the liner surface only - don't weld through the liner into the block )... maybe once, or twice or three welding runs.... and the weld cooling makes the liner shrink, and they then basically sort of fall out.
