There's a big difference between setting goals and setting aspirations that you might not have heard of before but still can benefit you a lot.

I first got in contact with it while training for my second full marathon. I want to complete it under 4 hours and this is definitely a difficult thing for such a big guy, like me.

However, instead of setting this goal, I set an aspiration. And this aspiration is what got me into where I am right now.
